I was hired by Sea Pac Homes from July 2016 through mid October, 2016.  They needed help with search engine optimization and social media.  They were planning on creating a new website within 6 months but needed to make some drastic changes in the meantime.

In my review of their website, some of the main keywords that they were not ranking for were:

  • Everett Homes
  • Home Builder
  • New Homes
  • New Homes in Everett
  • Available Homes

Within 60 days, I was able to get these keywords on the 1st or 2nd page of Google. 

Please see below for results. The first column or search date of 11-2016 was while I was working with Sea Pac Homes.  In January 2017, they hired a Marketing Coordinator.  Search date of 10-2017 is where Sea Pac Home is today.
