When I started with Russell and Hill in May 2013, one month into my position, I did a Google Analytic Report to have a base line. Based off of the report, they were getting very little visibility, 645 unique visitors and 878 total visitors. They only ranked for their firm name. See Google Analytic report below.

Open in new tab Below is a chart that shows the traffic increase and page views from the the top 10 sites from 2012 to 2014. My position started at the beginning of May, 2013. All top 10 sites increased dramatically.

We developed a new website that launched at the beginning of November, 2014. The Google search for particular keywords shown below was done in June, 2015, the last day of my position. I did another search in October, 2017, two years later. All links by Google+ were developed and created when I was employed with Russell and Hill and continue to rank on the first page.
